LAURIE RAGER

Hi, I’m Laurie.

I support people who are looking to reconnect - with their bodies, their energy, and themselves - through grounded, holistic practices rooted in real-life experience.

My approach to healing isn’t about fixing or forcing change. It’s about creating space for awareness, balance, and self-compassion. I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to listen inward and supported enough to move at our own pace.

My journey hasn’t been perfect, and I wouldn’t want it to be.

Earlier in my life, I experienced what it feels like to be deeply disconnected from my body and unsure whether lasting change was possible. At one point, I was 60 pounds heavier and relying on SSRIs just to get through daily life. That chapter shaped the way I approach healing today - with patience, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

I do this work because I know how powerful it can be to have someone walk alongside you without judgment. My role isn’t to "fix" you or tell you who to be - it’s to offer tools, presence, and perspective so you can move through life with more clarity, ease, and self-compassion.

Today, I guide others using the same practices that have supported me and my clients, including Reiki, PEMF therapy, and Bio-Well scans to explore energy fields and chakra alignment. My approach is always rooted in lived experience - what actually works, not just what sounds good on paper.

Outside of my work, I value authenticity, connection, and the small moments that bring meaning to everyday life. I believe even the most difficult chapters can be met with light, and I hope to share that perspective with everyone I meet.
